The scent of recreation
With a moderate 65 °C room temperature and 45% humidity, the bio sauna is considered particularly tolerable. Natural aroma infusions stimulate your circulation, gently support the purification process and at the same time care for the skin and respiratory organs. Ideally, you sweat here for 20-30 minutes.
Breathe in the resinous scent of natural Salzburg old wood and relax in a pleasantly dry room climate. At approx. 90° C you stimulate your circulation, purify and promote the build-up of the body’s own defenses.
The infrared sauna has a positive effect similar to sunlight – the infrared radiation penetrates deep into the skin and can promote blood circulation and relieve tension.
Here you just have to switch off. The cozy relaxation room with a view of our garden completes the wellness offer.
